Vic qld vie for top residential tower development at the former World Cafe site in west Sydney
The former World Cafe in Sydney’s west has been sold to a property developer who has put a $10 mi더나인 카지노llion offer for the property on the table.
Answering a media call at his company, VF Property Investment Partners, Tim Richey said he had put in a $10 million bid for the 20,000 square foot site at the former World Cafe premises.
He said his intention was to develop the project with two companies – one from Western Australia and one from Queensland – and hoped to have them develop a joint venture for the project.

“The price of the properties I’ve put forward to date has been competitive,” he said.
“There’s a huge amount of potential there.”
Mr Richey said the site had the added benefit of being close to “international cultural attractions”, which he said included New진주안마 진주출장안마 York’s Central Park and the Colosseum in Rome.
